About DVN Links

Who runs DVN Links

DVN Links is run by Digital Vantage from Otwock, Poland (Andriollego 34, 05-400 Otwock, VAT ID PL5321813962, REGON 540674000) — a company that designs and builds websites and online shops. The shortener is our own product: we write it, run it and answer messages from its users.

Where it came from

We needed a tool that shortens links, makes QR codes for them and shows clicks, while billing in złoty and issuing a Polish VAT invoice. The current version replaced an earlier one — we moved its links over with their click counts, so the old addresses still work.

We grow the service in small steps and describe on the site only what already works. When something is missing — such as team accounts — we say so plainly.

How we earn

From paid plan subscriptions. The free plan and the QR code generator cost nothing and carry no ads. We do not sell personal data — the privacy policy describes who processes data and why.

What we count and what we do not

With a click on a short link we record the country, device type, browser, operating system, referring page and UTM parameters. The IP address is kept only as a hash. We do not know who clicked: no name, e-mail or account of the person is recorded. The details and a diagram are in the guide “Getting started with DVN Links”.

How we work

• Simplicity — a tool should make work easier, not need training
• Clear pricing — net prices in PLN, a free plan with no card, withdrawal within 14 days with one button
• Privacy — we count clicks, not people
• Support — we answer messages on working days
